Hell, go ahead......
And now a musical interlude, unless I come up with something else to put here in the next three hours.

Did learn a new word though, so there's that. Or did I? Still not quite sure what it means.
agogic.
agogic (from Gr. agoge, melody). 1. An adjective indicating a variety of accentuation demanded by the nature of a particular mus. phrase, rather than by the regular metric pulse of the mus. The first note of a phrase, for instance, may be felt to suggest a slight lingering which confers the effect of an accent: similarly, a leap to note significantly higher or lower than the preceding notes, or a strong discord resolving to a concord, may convey an effect of accentuation (by means of lingering, pressure, etc.) and there are other examples. The complementary term to 'agogic accent' (accent of movement) is 'dynamic accent' (accent of force), which implies the normal and regular rhythmic accentuation of a piece of music. 2. In a wider sense, 'agogic' covers everything connected with 'expression', e.g. rallentando, accelerando, rubato, pause, accentuation as described above, etc.

Immagonna stick with 'lingering'.

and then, for your amusement, I did this next one as a treat for a fellow in the Beatles usenet group, an old song he'd heard 50 years ago and finally tracked down, called "She's Right for Me", by the Tune Tones. Straight ahead rock n roll of that time period (1959).
But mostly, "Turpentine". I'm pleased with how it came out and the sentiment is heartfelt. "They're all crooks!" - Shahryar

and the time to get a decent sounding (instrumental...can't sing) track. I may have to borrow a casio I sold...guy doesn't use it, but I ain't paying back the $100 . The best thing it had was a drum machine.
With any luck it'll sound like the raw indi blues recordings of the 50's . T-L SOTB
Yeah, that Casio drum thing is pretty cool. "They're all crooks!" - Shahryar
Yeah, it was something like that 200....the first one I bought that I could carry around.
I keep putting this off because , well, laziness. My tiny experience with trying to computer-record has not left me with a positive view. Tried with the harp/guitarist I used to jam with and it didn't end well...and not because we argued about stuff....just that we spent more time fucking with the program than playing....
That's why I hesitate to start asking friends to use their computer for X days I could add a rhythm and lead guitar to any drum/piano track... it ain't gonna be too fancy, I just fear spending days trying to get it right. T-L SOTB
Then said Rhiannon unto Gwawl the son of Clud, "Rise up quickly." "I will willingly arise," said he. So he rose up, and put his two feet into the bag. And Pwyll turned up the sides of the bag, so that Gwawl was over his head in it. And he shut it up quickly and slipped a knot upon the thongs, and blew his horn. And thereupon behold his household came down upon the palace. And they seized all the host that had come with Gwawl, and cast them into his own prison. And Pwyll threw off his rags, and his old shoes, and his tattered array; and as they came in, every one of Pwyll's knights struck a blow upon the bag, and asked, "What is here?" "A Badger," said they. And in this manner they played, each of them striking the bag, either with his foot or with a staff. And thus played they with the bag. Every one as he came in asked, "What game are you playing at thus?" "The game of Badger in the Bag," said they. And then was the game of Badger in the Bag first played.

so a strip club opened down the street from us. Must have been 10 years ago and it was inappropriate for the neighborhood because we fellows on the block weren't really interested in going to such a place.
But we did have a good time with the sign that said, in large letters, "Dancers!"
We all fantasized about what it could be. Sure, we knew it was a strip club but one guy who likes country and western was hoping it was line dancing. You know I love that 60s stuff so I thought it could be go-go dancers. Alastair, from Scotland (and here's the link in the chain of thought) suggested "cloggers".
